A: What is your teaching philosophy?

P: I believe that the foundation of teaching is giving the student the best experience he can receive by delivering a lesson connected to students’ needs and interests. Lessons should be interesting, engaging, fun (if you are not enjoying you are not learning) and most important of all, safe.
